Skót tematikus nap / Scottish themed day
Iskolánkban fontos az angolszász hagyományok ápolása. Mivel Írország, Anglia és az USA mindig előtérbe kerül, most Skóciát helyeztük a fókuszba. / In our school fostering the traditions of the target language countries has great importance. Ireland, England and the USA are always in the limelight, so this year we had the spotlight on Scotland.
A skót kultúráról szóló műveltségi és ügyességi játékok mellett a sport is helyet kapott, 15 állomáson vártuk a diákokat színes programokkal:
Old Smokey, Jeopardy&Kahoot, Highland Fling&Tunes, Sheaf&Noodle Toss, Rugby Sevens, Scottish Gaelic&Bowls, the Great Clans, Jocks Quiz.
A programot az 1.magyar skótdudás, Kéri György műsora zárta, aki nemcsak híres skót dalokat játszott, de a skót/magyar történelem közötti kapcsolatról is mesélt, fegyver és öltözék bemutatót tartott, és diákjainkat is táncra perdítette. Tartalmas és vidám napot töltöttünk el a Comnapok keretében.
/ Besides different general-knowledge and skill-based game, we organised sport activities as well. 15 stations awaited our students:

The last program of the day was the performance of György Kéri, the first Hungarian bag-piper. He did not only play Scottish songs, but talked about the correlation between Hungarian and Scottish history. There was a weapon and tartan show and he made some of our students dance to Scottish tunes. The first day of Comenius Days was a really eventful and funny day.
